Due to the narrow deformation temperature range of aluminum alloy forging, in order to extend the forging operation time, it should be heated to the allowable upper limit of the deformation temperature as much as possible. This requires the use of high-precision heating furnaces and temperature control instruments to control the heating temperature; otherwise, overheating is likely to occur. ；

The coefficient of friction between the aluminum alloy and the steel mold is large, and the fluidity is poor during deformation, which makes it difficult for the metal to fill the mold groove during die forging. Usually, it is necessary to increase the work steps and molds, and increase the fillet radius of the school tool;
5. Aluminum alloy has high adhesiveness. When forging with intense large deformation, the blank will often stick to the mold, which is easy to cause defects such as peeling and warping of the forging, and also cause mold wear. In severe cases, it will cause the forging and die All are scrapped.
6. Aluminum alloy is highly sensitive to cracks. If the cracks generated during the forging process are not cleaned up in time, they will rapidly expand in the subsequent forging and cause the forging to be scrapped.
