Aerospace Marine Grade Aluminum Alloy Grades 5052, 5083, 5086, 6061, 6063, 6082, 6351 Global Supplier and Exporter.
These Marine aluminium alloys(rolled and extruded) that are used in marine applications belong for the most part to two Series the 5000 (5083, 5086, 5754) series comprising aluminium-magnesium alloys, and the 6000 (6082, 6005A, 6351, 6061) series which consists of aluminium-magnesium-silicon alloys. They have been chosen for their level of mechanical properties, their ease of assembly by welding and their excellent corrosion resistance in marine environments. The composition of wrought alloys used in marine applications is their mechanical properties, their aptitude to cold working, their corrosion resistance. The aluminum superstructure systems in the marine vehicles, especially the boats, the centre of gravity is pulled down, thereby increasing the stability of the boat and providing more usage volume. The sailing masts of small boats and yachts are made of aluminum. Aluminum alloys used in shipbuilding are known as marine aluminum (marine aluminum alloys) and are classified, inspected and documented by class rules such as steel material.
The most important feature of aluminum is that although it has almost the same yield stress, its density is approximately one third of the soft strawberries. However, since the buckling strength of aluminum is lower than that of steel, aluminum structures are approximately half the weight of equivalent steel making.
