Description of 6082 Aluminum Forged Ring
6082 alloy has been widely used in Europe (EN AW 6082, AlSiMgCu), used in the T5 or T6 state, in 1972 by the European Association of Aerospace Aluminum Association registered in the United States, its chemical composition: 0.7~1.3Si, 0.50Fe, 0.10Cu, 0.40~1.0Mn, 0.6~1.2Mg, 0.25Cr, 0.20 Zn, 0.10 Ti, each of the 0.05 other impurities. A total of 0.15, the rest is Al. The commonly used state is T5 or T6, which is widely used in the automotive industry. The alloy has high static and dynamic load capacity, high corrosion resistance, good machinability and much use for forging hydraulic and pneumatic parts.
